This is the old coffee mill formerly owned by Rycroft, and
later the Ola'a sugar plantation which produced Puna
coffee built in the mid to late 1800's.  The Coffee mill  is
made of cement which it still stands today. If u look in the
bushes u may still find coffee trees growing wild.
 
This is the side of the coffee mill with it's tall chimney in the
sky. Pohoiki has alot of history to the area it was a major port
in Puna district for boating, bartering and farming.
